Vivosun 3-in-1 Soil Tester description

So What is a 3-in-1 Soil Tester?

The 3-in-1 Soil tester tests soil moisture, pH, and light at the plant site.

Measures the acidity or alkalinity of the soil

The pH range is 3.5 to 8. with 3.5 -6.5 being acidic, a reading of 7 being neutral, and 7 – 8 being alkali. This lets you know if you will need to add garden lime or manure compost. For example, you might need to add chicken manure compost to make it more alkaline. Alternatively, you could add sulfur to make the soil more acidic.

Check the watering condition of the soil

The moisture range is 1 to 10: 1 – 3 Dry; 4 – 7 Normal, and 8 – 10 Wet. I am very good at drowning my plants, so this alone makes the tester worth it.

Senses the light, or sunlight, that the plant is receiving

The relative light range is 0 to 2000 lux. It is divided as follows: 0 – 200 low light. 200 – 500 Low+ light. 500 – 1000 Normal light. 1000 – 2000 High amount of light. Most vegetable plants like Normal to High amounts of light.
